Jaspreet (“Jas”) Mathur is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Limitless X Holdings Inc. and a disciplined founder-operator with nearly three decades of experience building, scaling, and monetizing digital platforms, consumer brands, and multi-vertical operating businesses. Over his career, Mr. Mathur has founded and led ventures across direct-to-consumer commerce, consumer packaged goods, online media, and entertainment, collectively generating hundreds of millions of dollars in cumulative revenue through strong brand economics, efficient customer acquisition, and scalable operating infrastructure.
Complementing his operating track record, Mr. Mathur brings rare, practitioner-level insight into health and wellness, having executed a complete physical and mental transformation resulting in a 250+ pound weight loss through structured nutrition, training, and behavioral discipline. This lived experience informs Limitless X’s product development, brand positioning, and consumer engagement strategy, enabling authentic connection, sustained retention, and long-term brand trust at global scale. The alignment of proven revenue execution with consumer-aligned insight positions Limitless X to drive adoption, recurring revenue, and durable shareholder value.

Established and legendary Hollywood Producer Arthur Sarkissian joined our Board of Directors on January 1, 2025. Over the course of his career, Mr. Sarkissian has developed and produced feature films that have dominated the domestic and global landscape, with box office receipts totaling close to one billion dollars. His biggest hits include the $900 million Rush Hour franchise, While You Were Sleeping, Last Man Standing, The Foreigner, The Protégé, Kill the Irishman, Memory, Vegas TV Series on CBS and many more. Since March 2014, Mr. Sarkissian has been the sole owner of Fourteen Films Inc. Mr. Sarkissian is well known for his entrepreneurial spirit and creativity, and we are confident that his experience and skillsets make him an appropriate fit to serve as a director of Limitless X Holdings, Inc.

Bharat Raj Mathur joined our board of directors on May 20, 2022. He is an author and has written a book on personality development titled You Are You-Nique, which focuses on self-awareness, personal growth, and embracing individuality as a path to professional and personal success. The book emphasizes practical insights to help readers unlock their unique potential and build confidence in everyday life.
From March 2014 to April 2016, Mr. Mathur served as Chief Operating Officer at KORE Fit Living. From August 2004 through April 2016, he was Vice President, Distribution Channel Management at Incredible Entertainment. Earlier in his career, he played a key role in the launch campaign of Microsoft’s Internet Explorer 5 in March 1999, contributing to the Shape CD-ROM as part of the global rollout initiative.
Mr. Mathur also brings a strong background in large-scale real estate transactions and marketing, with extensive experience in strategic planning, deal structuring, and brand-driven growth initiatives across multiple industries.

Since 2014, Mr. Iddrissu has been the CFO of First Pinnacle Capital Group, Inc., a real estate company in West Los Angeles. Since 2003, Mr. Iddrissu has also been the co-Founder, Chairman, and CEO of RoadStarr Motorsports, a market leader in the auto boutique with various entities across the luxury car industry including an exotic car rental company Starr Auto Rentals. Mr. Iddrissu is also an active mentor and motivational speaker for various inner-city youth, including the Los Angeles Sheriff Foundation. Mr. Iddrissu has his Bachelor of Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University.

Dan Fleyshman is a seasoned entrepreneur, investor, and digital marketing pioneer with over two decades of experience building and scaling high-growth businesses. He is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Elevator Studios, launched in 2015, a leading digital media and influencer marketing company working with globally recognized brands, celebrities, and athletes. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer of One Penny Ad Agency from 2012 to 2015, consulted for a Nevada-based casino between 2010 and 2012 on marketing and growth strategy, and was Chief Executive Officer of Victory Poker from 2009 through April 2010. Earlier in his career, Mr. Fleyshman was President of WYD, Inc. from 1999 to 2009, becoming one of the youngest entrepreneurs in the United States to found and lead a publicly traded company, and establishing a long-standing reputation for brand building, digital innovation, and revenue-driven marketing leadership.

Amanda Saccomanno joined our Board of Directors on May 20, 2022. She is an American television personality, fitness and figure competitor, and former professional wrestler. Ms. Saccomanno first gained widespread recognition in 2015 after finishing second on WWE’s Tough Enough reality competition, which showcased aspiring wrestlers competing for a professional contract. Later that year, she signed with WWE as a sports entertainer and appeared on the hit E! reality series Total Divas. Since May 2017, Ms. Saccomanno has focused on health and wellness entrepreneurship, developing multiple fitness platforms and launching the iOS application Fit with Mandy.

From 2002 through 2012, Mr. Anderson became a partner in a London based night club. Mr. Anderson went on to develop public relations and marketing services for major brand deals while in the U.K. for a number of celebrities. Mr. Anderson was recognized for a “first of its kind” buyout on a brand that had no previous history but secured a buyout by ASOS. Since September 2021, Mr. Anderson has continued to run his company, Due Diligence Apparel Ltd.

Michael Braun has served as Director of Marketing and Sales at Westbank Pacific Realty Corp. since 2010, where he has led marketing and sales initiatives for large-scale mixed-use real estate developments. Prior to Westbank, he worked with Rennie, a leading Vancouver-based real estate marketing and sales firm. He graduated from the University of British Columbia in 2007 with a Science major and Commerce minor and holds an active real estate license in Vancouver, British Columbia.
In addition to his real estate expertise, Mr. Braun brings a unique global network spanning business, entertainment, and culture, with longstanding personal relationships that include Leonardo DiCaprio and Salma Hayek. His access to influential figures and experience in high-profile brand positioning provide valuable strategic insight to the Limitless X Holdings Inc. Board of Directors.
