A disciplined founder-operator with nearly three decades of experience building, scaling, and monetizing digital platforms, consumer brands, and multi-vertical operating businesses, Mr. Mathur has founded and led ventures across direct-to-consumer commerce, consumer packaged goods, online media, and entertainment.

Through Manny Pacquiao Promotions, Mr. Mathur works directly alongside Manny Pacquiao on high-level negotiations and the strategic direction of the promotion's boxing operations, supported by the promotion's team on the sanctioning and regulatory side — experience that shapes Limitless Entertainment Group's combat sports strategy and its collaboration with Mr. Pacquiao on Pacquiao Prime Boxing.

Complementing his operating track record, Mr. Mathur brings rare, practitioner-level insight into health and wellness, having executed a complete physical and mental transformation resulting in a 250+ pound weight loss through structured nutrition, training, and behavioral discipline. This lived experience informs Limitless X's product development, brand positioning, and consumer engagement strategy, enabling authentic connection, sustained retention, and long-term brand trust at global scale.

Over a career spanning more than four decades, Mr. Sarkissian has developed and produced feature films with cumulative domestic and global box office receipts totaling close to one billion dollars. His biggest hits include the $900 million Rush Hour franchise, While You Were Sleeping, Last Man Standing, The Foreigner, The Protégé, Kill the Irishman, Memory, and the Vegas TV series on CBS, among many others. His work has spanned action, comedy, and drama, and put him in direct partnership with major studios including Warner Bros., New Line Cinema, and Paramount Pictures across theatrical releases and television.

Since March 2014, Mr. Sarkissian has continued to develop and package new film and television projects. He is well known throughout the industry for his entrepreneurial spirit and creative instincts, and his decades of experience packaging, financing, and delivering commercially successful projects directly inform Limitless Films' project selection and packaging strategy. We are confident that his experience and skill sets make him an appropriate fit to serve as a director of Limitless X Holdings Inc.

From March 2014 to April 2016, Mr. Mathur served as Chief Operating Officer at KORE Fit Living. From August 2004 through April 2016, he was Vice President, Distribution Channel Management at Incredible Entertainment. Earlier in his career, he played a key role in the launch campaign of Microsoft's Internet Explorer 5 in March 1999, contributing to the Shape CD-ROM as part of the global rollout initiative.

Mr. Mathur also brings a strong background in large-scale real estate transactions and marketing, with extensive experience in strategic planning, deal structuring, and brand-driven growth initiatives across multiple industries.

Since 2003, Mr. Iddrissu has also been the co-founder, Chairman, and CEO of RoadStarr Motorsports, which operates businesses in the luxury car industry, including the exotic car rental company Starr Auto Rentals. Mr. Iddrissu is also an active mentor and motivational speaker for various inner-city youth, including the Los Angeles Sheriff Foundation. Mr. Iddrissu holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University.

At 17, he launched the clothing brand Who's Your Daddy, growing it to $15 million in sales across six department store chains and a $9.5 million licensing deal with STARTER apparel; at 23, he took the brand public as an energy drink company distributed into 55,000 retail stores and military bases.

Mr. Fleyshman went on to found and serve as Chief Executive Officer of Victory Poker from 2009 through April 2010, scaling the platform to roughly $65 million in volume within ten months before the U.S. poker market collapsed. He rebuilt as Chief Executive Officer of One Penny Ad Agency from 2012 to 2015 and consulted for a Nevada-based casino on marketing and growth strategy during that period. In 2015, he founded and continues to lead Elevator Studios, a digital media and influencer marketing company that has deployed more than $60 million in campaigns for globally recognized brands, celebrities, and athletes. He has also angel invested in more than 40 companies.

Before entering sports entertainment, Ms. Saccomanno built a competitive fitness career, winning the World Bodybuilding Fitness & Fashion Boston Show in 2013 and the World Beauty Fitness & Fashion Bikini World Championship in 2014, which launched her into modeling, brand-sponsorship deals, and a fast-growing social media following.

Ms. Saccomanno gained widespread recognition in 2015 after finishing second on WWE's Tough Enough reality competition, which led to a WWE contract and an appearance on the E! reality series Total Divas. Over an eight-year run with WWE, she competed on the SmackDown and NXT brands and held the NXT Women's Championship for 413 days, one of the longest title reigns in the division's history.

Since 2017, Ms. Saccomanno has focused on health and wellness entrepreneurship, launching and operating multiple fitness and lifestyle brands, including the iOS application Fit with Mandy, and applying the audience-building and brand-partnership skills from her media career to consumer product development.

Mr. Anderson was recognized for a "first of its kind" buyout on a brand that had no previous history but secured a buyout by ASOS. Since September 2021, Mr. Anderson has continued to run his company, Due Diligence Apparel Ltd.

Mr. Anderson maintains an extensive network across music, sports, and entertainment, with relationships spanning major celebrities, recording artists, and professional athletes, and a track record of producing exclusive, high-profile events. He brings that network directly to Limitless X, driving strategic introductions and partnership opportunities across the Company's subsidiaries and supporting relationship-building with brands, talent, and media. Mr. Anderson is also helping develop the apparel line for Pacquiao Prime Boxing, applying his brand and retail experience to the training center's product offering.
